公司其實算少人，只得 10 零個員工，但都有份 60 幾頁嘅員工手冊。英國好多嘢都係咁，個制度做得好守則有寫到，到時有咩爭議都有例可循。
份手冊入面，有一頁叫 Smoking Policy:
// Staff who go outside to smoke are restricted to taking one short smoking break in the morning and one in the afternoon, with a maximum of ten minutes per break.
Staff should inform their manager if they wish to take a smoking break and ensure that there is sufficient cover before taking a break. //
其實英國法例係禁止喺工作地點內食煙，而僱主亦冇責任要為員工作「煙break」安排。工作地點要張貼不准吸煙告示，而員工要「去抖氣」都要出戶外。不過，英國政府亦有規定，番超過 6 小時嘅工，就可以有一個 20 分鐘嘅嘅休息時間。就算唔食煙，都可以食餅食薯片自製Tea break!
